Thank you for your honesty. While I have loved your previous videos and felt your adventurous spirit, I love that you have now shared your vulnerabilities. I’m sorry you are having a tough time. Know that you are not alone and it won’t be forever. I would like to encourage you to continue this format, true to yourself, honest about what you are going through. I am suffering from similar challenges and really benefit from hearing of others. Mid life women’s hormones don’t seem to get much air time yet they can have such a massive impact on our lives. Please don’t feel that you need to wait for a positive mood or positive news to release a video, real life is valuable and you present everything so well. Thank you

Love you, Jane! So glad to see you back and this honest, heartfelt video really resonated with me. I too am going through my own chaotic perimenopausal experience (why were we not warned about this before!) so to hear you speak of your own story, it helps. Be gentle with yourself and intuitively seek pleasure for yourself. No pressures (I know how making videos creates pressure). I am so proud to call you my friend. x

I found you because of my own desire to learn more natural herbal remedies... I already make poplar bud salve and lavender dusting powder, and apply spit poultice plantain on bug bites, but I want to learn so much more. So I went to your channel to see if I should subscribe, and tapped on this video... and you described struggles I've been handling, sometimes well, sometimes poorly. I'm also doing EMDR with fantastic results. My point is, whatever you decide to film, you have a new fan in me... in solidarity, from western Canada. ❤

I just found your channel, and its absolutely adorable, and so real. As someone in their late 20's, I really appreciate your openness in talking about these struggles. My mother is very hush-hush about it all, so i have no confidence to ask her...but you seem like an older sister who i already care about. Pared eith my personal struggles, my heart goes out to you. Hang in there, and I have been binge watching your channel already 💕 you smile and joy for the beauties in daily life is so refreshing!

oh, thanks so much for sharing. i was planning on trying out the EMDR but was not sure of its efficacy and it's been on the back burner for a while. i'm going to look for a practitioner asap. i'm pretty good on working on myself but there's some very stubborn trauma i'm completely unable to touch and i have high hopes that EMDR can help me. i listened to gabor mate last night and he shared a great insight. "You are more important than your attachments. That wasn't true when you were a kid, but it's true as an adult." so the transition from suppressing your authentic self to preserve your attachments to letting go of the attachments to be your true self is a very daunting task. some people call it midlife crisis but i feel like i'm just growing up finally. oh btw, i found out the benefits of boswellia serrata essential oil for thyroid. just dilute in a carrier oil and apply on thyroid area. many women have seen help with serious issues by this alone. i also rub helichrysum oil on my back, kidney are, adrenals actually. it gives me energy and keeps me balanced.

Welcome back, I found your channel by chance and I’m so glad I found you! I’ve been in that dark place and it’s not fun, because you feel so alone. My darkness is getting better too, but creeps back through the cracks every so often. Mama Gaia helps a lot…being out in nature and thinking about my state of gratitude. I have recently started watching your channel, and I love your spirit, and your honesty. I can deeply relate to what you've been going through. Menopause is a huge transition, that unfortunately in our modern times is a very silent, often lonely one. I went through it at 46, and I am now 55. What I want to share is that part of my healing was realizing that when you stop being fertile in your womb, the Mother begins growing the most beautiful seeds in your heart, and mind. You are such a fruitful garden of wisdom, and ideas to share. It is just the beginning!❤️

So SO happy to see you back! I'm sorry your year was a tough one, but I am so glad you were able to give yourself that grace and space you so desperately needed! I can relate to you on so many levels. I always have been drawn to you, and now I understand better why. I too am childless not by choice. I haven't suffered miscarriage, I was never able to become pregnant despite a decade of trying. I'm not menopausal yet, but I am on the north side of an age where child bearing is recommended so therefore I won't be having any either. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing with us. I've missed you and your content and am so glad you were able to get this video made and can get moving forward with making more again. You bring light into my world, and I look forward to spending more time with you!

Really glad to see you back. I follow you on other socials and love your recipes and culinary creations, but I had no idea you were dealing with so much in recent months. I'm really glad to hear you are making such amazing progress (go you!). So incredibly brave of you to cover these difficult topics in such a caring and informative way. Content creation is truly a two-way street and viewers get addicted to their "fix" from their favourite You Tuber(s), but we are all human so don't feel under any pressure to satisfy a particular timetable or to produce one type of content over another. It's your channel and you decide how to best reach your audience. The best content flows freely and erupts randomly. :) What a coincidence, I'm slowly becoming interested in herbalism too, but only in a very basic way. I was absolutely shocked to learn how full of beneficial nutrients nettles and other "weeds" are. I hope to start harvesting my own nettles and making tea etc. Also, did Myrtle get a coat of paint? 👀
