Mikolas is from Czech Republic. Yes, you can work from anywhere. Different circumstances come with different challenges for sure (I live in a "3rd world country" so I know). But if you are ready to commit and learn, there's nothing you can't accomplish!

The aspect where I have the most difficulty is precisely that of sustaining a conversation. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to do it and I wouldn't want to waste my time.
