Hey Katy! Loved the video, I've been watching fort 10+ years! I think that your spoon rest also doubles as a ceramic garlic/ginger mincer! You can rub a peeled garlic clove over the grooves to mince it. I even add olive oil or balsamic vinegar to mine and mix through for dipping bread! Lots of love from London, England

Hi Katy! I think the spoon rest that you got is meant to be used as a garlic grater instead, hence the ridges in the middle of the dish, although a spoon rest is also a good way to use it!

I think that is due to the timing of uploads - the late summer/Fall season is always very high traffic for ads, as it’s just ahead of the holidays. I’m going to be more aware of this moving forward!
