Yes, your relationship w/alcohol changes as you get older. As it should! I just gave up alcohol at age 58! Just got sick of the hangovers and feel so good without it. Also, listened to the pod today ... You had every right to be mad about Jack going golfing! 😖

Hey dear, such a beautiful and wholesome vlog! Please don’t beat yourself up about the frequency of posting, quality beats quantity every time. I also wanted to say that human beings are not robots, it is completely natural that we have periods of ups and downs in our moods, and we should stop stigmatising or lamenting that. Also, the exact same thing happened to me regarding alcohol in my late 20s, I guess it’s just a natural process and the body’s way of ringing the alarm bell! Again, no need for self criticism or judgement. Take care and all the best from Europe!

I got alcohol poisoning when I was 16 (almost 17) and never drank much again ever!!!! I did the arrogant attitude of thinking I could drink shots with a bunch of football players! But they were ass holes and gave me mixed drinks ;(
