Noteinvito Well, taste is taste, but he has written some classics in recent years, in my opinion ;) The Saints The Sage The Fool The Sinner Salvation Years Creatures In Heaven Claws Raise The Noise Born on Judgement Day Battle's Won Burning Sun To me, I think Weikath should pick himself up, and be the main-songwriter again. The best albums are the ones where Weikath do much writing (Walls of Jericho, Keeper 2 Master of the Rings, Time of the Oath) I think he has gotten a bit too comfortable ;)

@@MichaelHolmgaard Honestly, if Claws was on one of the earlier albums people would be complaining that "Weiki doesn't write songs like Claws anymore!" I also like a lot of the songs Deris has written for the band and I do like his lyrics too. If you look at the songwriting credits for Master of the Rings and Time of the Oath for example you can tell that it was mostly Weikath and Deris writing the songs, though Kusch and Grapow also did some bangers. The "new guy" Gerstner can also write some good stuff, like Silent Rain which should be on their live setlist, but never is, sadly.

Kiske es un genio, pero Hansen en sus tiempos mozos era un vocalista fuera de serie incluso sobre los excelentes de la época. Por ejemplo esta How Many Tears está un tono más abajo si no me equivoco. Cantarla en el tono original de Hansen es tan jodido hasta para el mismo Kiske.
