So underrated, Deris is my favorite metal singer. His tone is no equal, I don't get why he's never mentioned in those best vocalists lists, top 20, Rolling stone magazine top whatever. Sincerely, no one should give a shit to such rankings that always repeat the same. I've neither ever seen Kiske on them. This reminds me of Nelson Rodrigues' quote "All unanimity is dumb".

They do the same shit with Großkopf too. He's been putting out some of the sickest and most technical bass lines for close to 40 years now and then concert filmers zoom in just on the guitar during "Eagle Fly Free" and he's getting omitted from 99 out of 100 "all time best" lists. ;-)

I started listening to Helloween when I was 17 and continue to do so as of today. Now I’m 48 and the progress I’ve witnessed has been amazing. Vocals became stronger, drums are just a pure power beat down. Guitars and lyrics are more sophisticated than yesteryear for sure. To see them evolve into a super power metal band has been a pleasure to witness. Great respect.

Jaime O'Donnell Let me tell u why Deris is my favorite singer in the world. I got into Helloween in 92 with keeper 2. Eagle fly free and I want out and then bought keeper 1. Kiske was the greatest. Then in 94 I heard master of the rings I loved Andi’s unique voice . He didn’t try to top Kiske. He made Helloween in his own image and made keeper songs into his own and he saved Helloween in 1994 when metal was dying . Andi is still here!! And now he welcomed Kiske with open arms. He understands that the music is bigger than any one . Everyone in Helloween brings a part of a bigger thing than themselves

I'm 47 and i my first Helloween album were their first Album Starlight/EP when it were new. As of 2019 they are still my #1 band on the planet. My favourite Helloween music is with Hansen on Vocal, but thanks to Andi Deris they have been on top every year since he joined. Deris is what Helloween needed. The best part. Helloween have finally been a headliner at festivals worldwide as they always deserved.

I see a lot of idiots clueless about the Nabataeans saying the video is innacurate and ''cringy''. Nabataeans settled mostly in northwestern Arabian Peninsula, and Southern Palestine. They also buit pyramid-like buildings, like the tomb of Nabataean King Aretas III.

As well as soldiers who did fight for land, like during the Nabataean-Hasmonean war where they annexed most of Transjordan from the Jews. Honestly Helloween could have made up a fictional people for this song. It's like singing about Poland and then just showing camels on screen.

I've never realized how good this song is...first time i heard it 7 years ago, i Didn't like It, cause i Thought there was different elements in the sound, different sound from previous albums. But it's a huge truth that sometimes u have to hear the same song 2 or 3 times to "buy" the idea. mainly speaking about metal bands. The song is beautiful and powerfull.. i just love the different thempos..and the slow part, with a beautiful solo from Sascha. Superb. This band is pure quality. Also the lyrics's a history lesson, awesome.

They did a United Alive world tour, that was very succesful ( I saw them live ) - there were three guitarists and two vocalists live on stage. It was amazing, I was crying during the whole concert. I can't wait to buy the album and to see them again live. They have always been great

I wanna know if what they said about Nabataea is real. Because when I looked it up on Google about 6 years ago, they gave me a search results similar to what they said in this song, now I look it up 2022 and they give me more recent search results that are like talking about armies and slaves and political enemies.(also I noticed none of their search results tell me anything about the life that the Nabataeans lived; only how their civilization ended)

They were a huge trade hub, hence how they became such an affluent kingdom, so they would almost certainly be at least dealing in slaves if not outright having them. I would question how democratic they were considering they had kings. One of which is even mentioned in the New Testament a couple times
