Something even from the beginning was Christina's description of the restaurant she worked at. Notice she used "they" and "we" and described the food quality and restaurant rather than making it about her. Her humbleness is such a refresher to see. Especially in the toxic mess that was the season 10 red team. It's so good to see how much she has grown as a chef and as Gordon's Culinary VP. One thing that you have to remember. The greatest professionals always struggle through the rigors of their trade. Your greatest chefs, doctors, lawyers, etc never start out perfect. You can't learn new things if you're already perfect. When you struggle you appreciate your achievements more. I am under the belief that if Red Team had to put up nominations for that first night, Christina would have been up along with Roshni. The fact that Red Team finished their apps (once Roshni was kicked out) saved that team whilst Tavon literally butchered the Blue Team's chances of ever getting apps out. People can say what they'd like about Christina, but she was nothing short of determined, professional (most of the time) and she took responsibility, the reason Ramsay probably favored her was the potential he saw in her. The way she dealt with Robyn was the best she could've, she just tried her best to explain that it wasn't personal, she didn't bad mouth Robyn, she just tried to tell her that she was just in the middle of her thing & she didn't need help. Once you really pay attention to her demeanor and how she doesn't just blame things on other people, it's pretty refreshing to see, especially seeing some of the other past competitors and their attitudes.

Dana made a few mistakes during the last service, and Christina was not lenient with her about it. It's important to keep personal friendships separate from work, as it could have caused problems if Christina had let Dana's mistake go unchecked just because they are friends, It would have cost her the whole competition. The last service is definitely a worthy test for who should win the season 😊.

U can tell David Beckhams a genuinely good guy when he’s being paid in a way to show his face and make critiques where he can and instead he shouts ´there’s no rush don’t worry’ to ease the pressure and just laughs like his energy was infectious in that kitchen even the women were giggling instead of panicking haha

I think it's good that Christina had a very strong opponent in Justin. Both were neck and neck, had someone that had their back, and were both the strongest chefs in this whole season.
