Two things I liked about this clip: 1) Arrogant, smartmouth Vinny attempted to sabotage Raj because he thought he was doing the customers and everybody else a service. It backfired harshly. He is embarrassed. This is something that will haunt him for years. 7:44 we see someone laughing. 2) Dishwashers get limelight. They work so hard yet they barely get any form of acknowledgement. So glad to see that these people who are doing what they can to make some money to make due with the things they've got going on in their personal lives get some screentime. Maybe they visit this very video just to see themselves on TV for a few seconds in the background of the episode.

While Raj may have been innocent of the Vinny issue. His problem with stacking the garnishes like that means they are going to go cold by the time they are needed with any particular entree resulting in refiring the entree or the entire table altogether costing the restaurant/chefs time, money, and energy. Now you see why everything needs to come to the pass at the same time and being in sync is important.
