So glad you guys enjoyed the episode! So the last picture on blitz's phone is of a younger blitz, his sister Barbie Wire, and his Mother. Who will all be fleshed out in later episodes. This is a 2 part finale to S1, part two took a few months to release due to some serious copyright issues with someone who stars in the episode. Enjoy the finale!!

The reason Stolas got scared by the name “asmodeus” because he one of the seven deadly sins ( same class as Lucifer, rank higher than Stolas ) and he a king in the ars goetia ( although it’s unclear if that’s true).

Just something to note when Blitz came home. In all the photos on the wall of Blitz's friends, Blitz has scratched himself out. The fact is Blitz hates himself and truly does not believe he is worthy of love. That's why he cannot accept the fact the Stolas might actually care for him.

It's also why he's been deliberately sabotaging every relationship he's ever had. Like how he did with Verosika and how he's constantly messing up his friendship with Moxxie and Millie, so one day they too will just resent him so much, they'll turn their backs on him. He feels he deserves to be hated.

Moxxie while he has a pure heart, he was definitely in the wrong here. You don't sing a love song in that kind of club in the lust ring of all places 😂

​@@SilverScribe85to be fair Asmodeus gave Moxxie the chance to sing again if he would sing about what matched the vibe of his club and even gave him the mic back. Though when he didn't match the vibe again, he was a little harsher on Moxxie but I wouldn't necessarily say he was wrong

@@SilverScribe85 He didn't mock him at first. He interrupted him, explained the rules of the club, gave him advice on how to sing here and gave him back the mic so that he'd have an opportunity. That's only after he still didn't take advantage of that opportunity that Asmodeus snapped and called him a dweeb who doesn't satisfy his ride.

This was the finale for a while. The actual season 1 finale didn't drop until a few episodes into season 2 because a guest voice actor was in a near decade long legal battle with her allegedly abusive ex-producer. That VA and her former label settled on a Monday and episode 8 dropped either Wednesday or Thursday.

Fun fact: according to the mythology depicted in the _Lesser Key of Solomon_ Stolas and Asmodeus both belong to the Ars Goetia. They are sort of cousins, with Asmodeus being the elder of the two.

Just remember all of the rings have there sins and there kings this is one of them. You already seen Lucifer who is king of his ring which all the sinners are all and (they can’t leave that ring btw) he is the sin of pride. The is Ozzie the king of this ring and the sin of lust. You will see more sins later on

So, just wanted to point out: Millie and Moxxie got SUPER FUCKING LUCKY. To put the literal power dynamics in this episode on display here... Stolas, the most powerful character we've met in the show thus far? Yeah, no, he is DUST compared to Asmodeus. Asmodeus is one of the top 10 most powerful beings in all of Hell. Stolas doesn't even crack the top 20. Millie attacked Fizz, who is seemingly a friend of Asmodeus, and most likely more than just a friend going by the subtext of their interactions during their musical number. I repeat, Millie, an imp, one of the weakest people in all of hell, ATTACKED a POTENTIAL LOVER, of one of the TOP 10 MOST POWERFUL BEINGS IN ALL OF HELL. The ONLY REASON those walked out of that place alive is because he respects their feelings for each other and their desire to express them openly. In other words, because he was *nice.*
