Fun continuity fact: The main reason why the Blitzo, Moxie, and Millie started wearing and keep changing clothes throughout the episode is because those are their ‘human’ disguises after being scolded by Loona for not having one in Episode 3(?). So they all learn their lesson and started to use disguises since then.

@@bluebay1031 Societally, no. Imps are stated by vivzie to be the absolute bottom of society. Physically, most imps don't seem to have strong magic. We've seen that they can use pyromancy, as was shown by the carnival game worker in Lu Lu Land, but the imps couldn't use magic to create real human disguises so they had to use outfits, while Loona could. Outside of that worker creating fire with magic, I don't think we've seen any other examples of imps using magic.

@@bluebay1031 hellhounds are used for manual labour, while imps, if used at all, just seem to be easily disposable domestic servants. The more disposable a demon is, the lower they are in society, I'd guess. Hellhounds just found a better way to make themselves useful.

@@Manilove223 I don't think this is confirmed, but Alastor sometimes has X on his forehead, hinting that he was shot there. Hunter mistaken him for a deer, also explaining Alastor's deer like features. I'm not sure if that's confirmed though.... Angel Dust died of drug overdose, that's sure, but I'm not sure how it shows in his design.

​@@jenyjen94 I *think* that Alastor's death (him getting shot in the head after a hunter mistook him for a deer) was confirmed during one of the livestreams, not sure though, haven't watched them all. It's also worth noting that a lot of demons that were once human have traits representing their profession in life (Loopy and Lyle's robotics, everything radio related about Alastor). Although demon forms reflecting a person's method of death and profession in life seems to be more of a trend than a hard rule. We know how Angel Dust and Ms. Mayberry died, and what they did for a job in life (mafia member and a school teacher respectively), but their demon forms don't have any obvious connections to either, and I have no clue what kind of profession or method of death could result in the way Vaggie, Husk, Cherri Bomb and Nifty look. Sir Pentious maybe having died to a snake bite is my best guess for his design.

I get the impression the cherubs where only obligated to keep him from offing himself/keeping him alive at the behest of others praying for him. But he was still hellhound because of his greed and past actions (he admitted to experimenting on the poor). In other words the cherubs only protect the living on behalf of the dead in heaven, but the people protected by Cherub are not guaranteed entry to heaven when they die.
