I started reading after I left reading in class 10th, there was a gap of almost 6 years, and i made a 2020 resolution to read more books and I am glad I have read more books even with 9 to 5 job to juggle with. I think we keep procrastinating because of lack of time, but if you love something you will always make time for it, and I consciously decided to make more time for reading

Helly Haha. But my point is if someone wants to get into reading or haven't read any book shouldn't the book should be a simple read and along with an interesting story so that it doesn't seem heavy. Further it is upon them if they want to continue reading or not. Most of the books you mentioned are for someone who has read some books and needs some suggestions to go further.

You can read ‘Before I Fall’ by Lauren Oliver. I loved that. But it's waaaay more beautiful than 13 reasons why , and waaaay more positive. You may get irritated at some point, but stick to the end and you will know how beautiful the book is.
