I am obsessed with Helmet period I'm in love with Page Hamilton and his band members of Helmet.

They opened for korn in 1997 at the international ballroom in Atlanta. The pit was so rough and non stop I dont even remember much about what I saw on stage. But they sounded great

korn were still a good band in 1997 but it should be them opening up for Helmet not the other way round

Attaching beavis+butthead was an accident, but as much as I Loved helmet back in those years, this is the worst proshot video I ever saw of them, and maybe I thought hey this will raise the mood at last...

The Live Music Hall is in Cologne and in 1997 they played there on Nov. 30th...guess who was there ;-)

+John I am a Black American Woman that loves hardcore Rock and Metal music and Helmet is still the best band of all modern day times . I listen to Helmet every day and never get tired of them. I love the current line up of Helmet. Kyle Stevenson Drums, Dan Beeman Rhythm Guitar, Dave Case on the Bass Guitar and the man who is the founder of Helmet Page Hamilton, Helmet's current line up. I don't know if you know it or not but Helmet will have a new album. I don't know when the release date is this year but it will be this year and I don't know what the name of the new album will be. Go on Helmet's website and you will see that they will have a new album out this year. I hope that the new album will put Helmet back on top . I am obsessed with Page Hamilton and his band members.

@Deep Thinking ah quicksand and traynors previous band orange9mm are same scene, but then a lot of nyc hardcore is. i like meshuggah dream theater alice in chains nowadays. // stanier shaped it as much as page did. its tricky to look at the question why the two never reunited, i mean as much as ppl say hamilton made the band lame, stanier did the same not showing up.

Hello friend i go along way back with helmet never saw them live but im 45 first song i heard was ironhead stole a tape yes a tape from a kinda friend it was Betty so ive talked to alot of people over the years that saw them live i was just to young before i started going to shows but been to 100+ shows have greeted and meeted alot of my idols so i have 8 pantera related tattoos if that gives you an idea of what kind of music fan i am???
