Help, I have no idea what I’m doing with my 1st puppy ever.

All advice accepted. I wanted this puppy so bad but I never had a dog and have no idea what I’m doing. Subscribe and help me figure this out please

Sometimes toooo stern scares younger fur babies but you are doing amazing..❤❤❤❤❤ I don't know anything about crate training. My dogs never experienced this . Again great job. Fur babies are most definitely family .gotta let him bust some dance moves... 😂

You're doing a good job! Just remember, infinite patience, lots of repetitiveness, rewards for compliance, ignore bad behavior (like jumping up on you), firm voice but not yelling, anger or swatting, lots of treats (NO rawhide) and chew toys as he goes through teething, and most of all, an infinite amount of ❤❤❤!!! Remember, they're just like toddlers or young children, very eager to learn and always active it seems, just need to be led in the right direction! Enjoy that precious furball! 🕊️🙏❤️🕯️🐾

Use a warm damp rag and wipe her paws when you bring them back in the house. Also brush them when you bring them back in to. After you give them a bath use a little vitamin E oil.

Your doing great , ima first time dog mom, and the key is patience and time. Remember that after they eat they will be ready to use the bathroom 30 mins after they eat. I trained my use the bathroom in the house. I have some tips for that.

Marie he is ADORABLE and I want to give him hugs and kisses. My opinion is to get him a harness because he is soooo excited. I’m ONLY a fan of collars with his name tag but I recommend a harness for Encore. You are an AMAZING doggie mom. Continue talking and interacting with him and reward him when he listens to commands. I feed Geronimo Royal Cain kibble and sometimes mix rotisserie chicken breast with it. Brush his teeth - it will be challenging 🥴 I also give him Milk-Bone brushing chews🙏🏽😉 Love him, Love him, Love Him🫶🏽🤭💃🏽 🐶

Him such a good boy! He pee'd right away! He's learning fast! Remember, he is just a baby!!! He was listening to you and you weren't even giving him treats to reinforce the good behavior. Enroll in a training class. They teach PEOPLE the tools to train your pets. He's so sweet! I love him!

😂 sorry luv. I never in my 65 years did crate training so I have no thoughts with that. He'll learn but everyone has to be on the same page with his training so he doesn't get confused. Just remember calm voice, hand gestures and consistency. Girl, I hear ya on that licking me though. Never have I ever gone for that.
