Unfortunately not everyone does get better. It takes actual WORK. Some people quit on themselves and go look for easy answers (which often make things WORSE). People literally purchase “love spells” but not workbooks lol. It’s like the bell curve I talked about. If u stood with a 100 people going through a breakup... where would ur motivation lie? YOU will get better Cindy, you are killing it! Some people are so hurt and depressed they can’t even think clearly... But I do love ur helping people stay positive ❤️

Ces believe me I learned I’m not the problem and it’s her. Took me a while and a lot of heartache but when you finally realize it it’s such a relief. She still stalks my social media and sends stupid indirect/direct messages that I would always respond to but now I’m just about fully done with her. If she actually has something to say or actually tries I MIGHT give her another chance. Idk what went wrong one day we were so happy in love the next she breaks it off and stops talking to me lol im pretty sure she’ll come back around but I probably won’t be there waiting for her

Yozef L yes, I understand that. I had to spend hundreds of dollars to a therapist to make me realize I wasn’t going nuts. All that direct/indirect crap really wears on a person; it’s best to just lay down the law with them and let the chips fall rather than playing their immature & confused games. All these videos say ‘play it cool’ but for how long? Forget it... she may or may not come around again but she sure better start saying something that you want to hear or there is the door! I’ve had over a year of mixed messages so I’m a tad bitter about it .

Ces I do t ha e the money or I’d sign up for coaching but I think I’ve done an amazing job on my own it took me a whole month of pain and confusion but I realized I’m not the problem she is and it hurts because we were so perfect and then BOOM nothing at all. Indirect/direct stringing along does hurt but I’ve gotten to the point where I t doesn’t break me anymore. I wanna lay down the law but I also just do t even wanna message her at this point. I still love and miss her but I deserve way better and she will regret it someday for sure! If you wanna talk about things let me know it helps me a lot and hearing other people’s stories does too

Craig and Margaret, this video came at the right time for me. I made the mistake yesterday of checking his fb after not checking for a month and lo and behold a girl posted a picture with him with a heart. It's been 7 months and my heart felt as crushed as the day he broke up. What a mistake. Im determined to keep pressing forward as best i can. Working on finishing workbook 1 in the next few days!

Gonna try not to leave a big comment but lol I can’t afford sessions or the books but I’m pretty sure I will purchase when I can. EVERYONE keep watching these videos!!! They are a tremendous help and have so much insight for what we’re going through. It’s been just over a month since my break up and I’m doing much better. The first week I was a crybaby begging and pleading, the second week I was a depressed mess who couldn’t do anything, now I’m climbing back up to where I was and going beyond. Just work on YOU!! NC does work she has indirect/direct reached out several times and I have broken NC several times. I could write forever but I just wanna day do you and improve yourself THEY WILL COME BACK in one way or another and if they do t then you KNOW they aren’t worth it. Things will get better know matter how it feels now. I could keep going but I don’t wanna write a giant comment lol If anyone ever wants to talk feel free to comment it’s wayyy better to talk about it then hold it in I have learned that the hard way. Hey, Coaches! How about a video on how to foster self love? It was the biggest help to me and a void that I realized made my break so incredibly painful and hard to accept. I'm not sure I'd describe it as obsession, but I certainly think about her a lot, and miss what we had going. I also miss the cat I got her. Each date I go on, I find myself comparing the new girl with her, and it makes me realize how amazing of a person she was because most people you date are just so uninteresting, and unenthusiastic. The rare good date here and there, and the girl I dated from May-July helped me forget about her a bit, but I don't think I'll ever forget her completely.

Dar Million Dollar question!! 😏 A person with avoidant attachment style will typically pull away, be afraid to trust and take much longer...even when strong feelings of love and affection are present. A person with secure attachment and valid reason for break may never look back...it really all depends on the the person’s attachment style, their attachment and investment in you. I’ve had exes comes back to me 2 years later. I’m sure you’ve been in the position of breaking up w someone and you may have returned quickly or not at all. My ex and I are 10 months post and he’s not ready. He’s alone, depressed and shut down. It could be a long road so keep focusing on you- and I’d reach out to her to test the waters after a few weeks to a month...if you feel it can work and you have feelings for each other and you are willing to work on the issues that caused the break. I’m hanging on w blind faith at this point...

Nothing is wrong with you. It's grief. Grief is different for everyone. Check on your attachment trauma. Get coaching if you can. Keep watching these videos. It has taken me years to get better. I'm not all there everyday, but it's way better. Be kind to yourself.

Paul It has been Almost a year for me as well. I have good and bad days, but definitely not over it. When I out out with a woman I for so reason compare them to her. My ex and i were together for 15 years, she is in a new relationship and moved to a different state. Keep your head up and keep watching the videos. Go work out and get some sun light!!! Nothing is wrong believe me, just a process and it will get better.

Yes , I obsessed for sure , I check his fb, read over texts he sent , look at our pics , think of him still after 11 months . Why is this coach ? I asked him two weeks when i saw him if he was seeing someone else since he loves me but we not together ? I’m So obsessed I saw some new pics of his family bday party yesterday and I’m trying to see if he was with anyone, or if any Suspected female commenting the pics . Why can’t i just move on? nicole browne Why can’t you move on? Because you’re not allowing yourself to while you still stalk him on social media. Every time you look at his stuff it’s like ripping out the stitches from a wound and opening it up again. Unfriend. Delete. Block. Take away the ability to look at his life. Hard at first but it really does get easier. It’s the kindest thing you can do for yourself. Good luck.

nicole browne Then delete the cousin as well. Or block your ex so you can’t see anything to do with him. Why leave social media yourself? That’s just being a martyr. Don’t make yourself socially isolated. If yr ex texts in direct response to you deleting/blocking him then he is clearly breadcrumbing you. He wants to feel like you’re still available if he wants. Not good. Move on.

My gf just reached out and she seemed very enthusiastic based on how she was texting. Before she reached out a while back I said that I still loved her and was not interested in being friends and to call me if she changed my mind. She didn’t directly mention that so after a little bit of the convo I said it was nice hearing from her and to keep in touch and she said “Hahaha okay I will”. op2001 I let it be and she reached out again. She made up an excuse to reach out to me and was once again enthusiastic with her texts, like some girls do when they are into someone. I made sure the convo didnt last too long, since the phone is for making dates. I then said when I was coming back in town and I would love to see her when I came back. She said “Awh yeah i would too!!!”. Now i am going to see her in the near future. Based off everything it is looking good.
