Alpine a110 no doubt. One of my favourite cars, each review says it’s the best car they’ve ever driven. Such an underrated car haha! They sound wicked too

M2 or RS3, those B58s and EA855 evos can take lots of power. I'd go for the RS3, just cant say no to a legendary 5 cylinder single turbo

I think the Toyota corolla would be more reliable than the euro options and you can go.hard in the mods and probably not lose a ton of money when you move it on. The vantage would be also great but not for doing mods and can be horrifically expensive when things go wrong, but my vote would be a 968 may.be not to modify so much but it will help you keep your licence
