Breakaway buckle? My cat laughs at them. She lies on her back, uses both front paws to slip whole collar off, then as a finale, she chews the buckle so it can't be re-used! Eventually after much trial & error, got her a full woven elastic collar with metal buckle. She doesn't seem to mind it at all, although once every few months, she does return home without it LOL

What about a cat harness. My cat never worn a collar and a harness is much more to wear. He loves to go out but i don't ever leave him alone. I want to get a harness on him so he can take walks
