It's a well documented fact that electricians are terrified of brooms. Besides, here's how "helping" works in most jobs. I get sent to help somebody because they're behind. This works well if you have a small team of good workers. You can get some bad apples in that basket that figure out they can do 0.7X the job because someone else will do 1.3X for the same pay. Both my wife and I have people we hate working with because we both are good at our jobs, and those people we work with will purposely work slower because they know we'll complete the job. My wife has told me plenty of times about her getting paired with people who will run off and hide instead of helping clean, etc. every chance they get.

Mess with the plumbers fixtures and much more. I went to school on that job with one of the sheetrockers.
