Hey y'all, rainy season is beginning in the desert. Michael would prob ♥️ to provide more houseless folks w/ rain gear, ponchos, slickers, flip-flops, umbrellas, etc. but extra supplies are extra expenses and I'll bet he's already stretched pretty thin. Even X-large Hefty bags can work as rain ponchos.

Without a word of a lie Michael. From all the videos I've seen, I have never seen a man when asked is there anything else I can help you with he asks for a book. My dad once told me he enjoyed " First Blood the book " more than when he seen Stallone play the role in First Blood the movie. I said there's no way the movie was out of this world. Dad responded saying I'm telling you son a good book can make ya disappear and transport you to another place. So with that in mind I'm ever so happy the man asked for a book and I know you Michael, you'll go out your way tracking down that author. 🙏

A good book can take you into a whole new world, and make you feel as if you’re part of it. ~ When movies are made from a book, the book is usually 1000% better than the movie, IMHO. ( “ Larry McMurtry “ is the best Western Author of all time! ) like Scott said, he wrote “ Lonesome Dove “ the best western Mini series, made for TV, is one of the best westerns of all time too. ( an star cast )…. I believe most if not all ‘Larry McMurtry’s’ work are NEW YORK TIMES best sellers. He died on March 25 2021 In Archer City Texas at the age of 84 years. ….. his last book was “ Talia “ , a Texas Trilogy published In 2017. - I worked in a book store part time after retirement, and ALL of LARRY McMURTRY books were top shelf best sellers. That’s when I fell in love with his Stories ,his books and movies. ……. I have read Lonesome Dove a dozen times, and watched the movie 50 times ( that’s a good guess ) and I’m a girl. 📘📚📕

Every time i feel down, i come to watch your channel. Wish i had the money to help people, but all i can do is shelter some for a while, wich i do. Most are really greatful for it, but others (usually drug or drinking related) stab you in the back (one stole my laptop, 1 raided my "piggybank" and one kicked my cat). Regardless, i keep doing it. Helped 3 people getting a job and a home up to now.

That ending was heart warming (not that all you are doing is not) and I do hope Doug gets back on his feet, perhaps from his friend Whitey. I am actually learning from your videos what it means to love my homeless neighbors well, without judgement, and how to practically give to their needs, in addition to identifying certain harder drug habits, not enabling them, and loving the person in spite of said habit. Good choice. Lovecraft (1890-1937) was an awesome fantasy/horror writer. Known for creating the Cthulhu Mythos. I've read everything by him. That will be easy to find in any used book store. Hi, retired nurse here. First thing, ask whether it's "Small Cell" or "NON" Small Cell. One has INFINITELY better prognosis than the other! Also, depends on the Stage, there's I-IV. Hook up w/ an oncologist so they can make you more comfortable and try to prolong your life! Many support groups out there. THE BEST WEAPON (IMO) IS KNOWLEDGE AND INFO! I had cancer 5 yrs ago. At first they said it was Stage IV. But guess what? They were wrong! Against all odds, I survived! Ha-ha! Where there's life, there's always hope! ⚘ Hang in, buddy!
