The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to put faux locs in her hair, but she used real ones and they’re so heavy they caused neck pain. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says she’s been braiding hair for years. She claims she did an outstanding job and the woman turned nasty. She’s countersuing for defamation and wasted time.

I love how the plaintiff showed the text she sent and then, tell the judge the defendant never responded, but she conveniently left out the part that she sent the text and blocked her after sending the text. She was going to stick to that until the judge probed further. She had the audacity to act shocked and say, “judge this is the first time I’m seeing this message.” Well, yeah….you blocked her; what were she expecting to see after that. At the end she had the nerve to say her claim was based on “principle.” Where was all of that “principle” when she left out that she blocked her before claiming she never responded? I knew she was going to get NOTHING!

I hate the current social climate calls for blocking/canceling/complaining at the drop of a hat. I understand her as far as it being heavy I had the same locs and thickness in my hair I have 56 real locs and when I did them in my hair I knew to at least combine some of them to bring it down to 48 and that still was too much. I recommend 25 to 35 of these thick faux locs and they will still look good and full. Just combine more of your real locs.

I did somebody Senegalese twist in a micro size that took over 12 hours and she didn’t pay me if she didn’t even see it with me and that’s what I had enough 🤦🏽‍♀️ also one girl asked me to put a relaxer in her hair and her hair was really thick and I forgot to ask her when the last time she had a relaxer was but while I was rinsing out the relaxer she told me “yeah I just got a virgin relaxer for the first time yesterday & my hair didn’t take” and I almost slapped the hell out of her! Geez! The plaintiff is a very impatient person. Block her after 10 minutes of second text because she didn't want any other conflict😒. But then she sure her? That's exactly what she wanted. She's toxic.

This woman smh the hairstylist kept asking you how is it how is it? And you said it was good. And you picked the hair smh. The stylist did nothing wrong and was professional plus it really does depends on the type of hair the length the thickness!

If you ask to have 'very long' locs put in, then don't be surprised by the weight, long straight hair is heavy enough but with 'locs' it's matted hair, so that much heavier. In the good old days when we were angry we just slammed a door shut, but could still hear the person on the other side of the door apologising, nowadays, you 'block' someone and you leave them no way to communicate, so you won't ever know if they were apologising...
