Disappointing His Lady Friend

The plaintiff claims she loaned her ex-boyfriend money so that he could get out of jail, and now he won’t pay her back, so she’s suing. The defendant says he never asked for the money. The plaintiff just sent it to the defendant’s baby’s mother because she wanted to help them out.
