I have one in 308 and it gets @ 1 inch groups at 100 yards and its very dependable , only down side is that fore end grip it clanks sometimes at the wrong time but that's ok ive taken a lot of deer and hogs with it.

I use a magnetic parts dish. Less likely to lose parts if there's a spill.

Thanks! Helpful video. Everyone should note that anytime you remove the trigger assembly for any firearm, putting it on safety first and don’t ever try pulling the trigger!!! It will save you so much time. I’ve had a lot of trouble in the past with such a simple little thing as making sure it’s on safe lol

Why would you take a counter balance weight off? Especially since it’s nearly impossible to get the pin back in?

Check if the rifle is coming back far enough to feed the found properly or if it is worn a local gunsmith can assist you.

Always take pictures as you disassemble guns lay pins or screws next to where they came from. Believe me when you have Half a dozen parts or more laying in a pile it’s hard to remember what Pin goes where.

I appreciate your info. Do you know where I can purchase the spacer bracket ?

Not off hand besides the manufacturer. Thanks for asking

I’m a lefty. I got this rifle with a left-handed stock instead of a bolt action. Is there a way to swap the safety around so that I can turn it off with my trigger finger like the average right handed?

Thanks. I have a '52. IT IS NOT A PIN you can tap out, it's like a crimp on the threads. I tapped at the "pin" on the tube a couple times. Didn't seem right. I

Hey David, do you use a spanner wrench when you unscrew the action tube under the barrel or were yours loose enough to use something else? I have 5 or 6 760/7600s and all but one are super super super tight. I don't even know where to look for the right tool to unscrew that thing.

A drill punch works well.

my 760 the action tube spacer is metal and is clamped in hard enough you have to take that screw out of the end
@1nv1c7u5m4n303 жыл бұрын
You must have a newer model. Mine was made around '59ish or so and has no screw at the end. Drove me mad trying to figure this out as all of the video's say to use a screw driver to take it out and the other half say beat out the pin. This is the ONLY video I've found that says USE THE LIL HOLE there.

Years earlier, but a car wreck and an altercation with drug dealers selling hard drugs in my neighborhood is why teeth are missing. Hit me with brass knuckles as his partners had automatic weapons aimed at me. Had all neighbors turn on poach light at nighttime, that worked quickly to solve the issue.

2nd amendment is not negotiable it’s a inalienable privilege just like all of the Constitutional Bill of Rights. Multiple reasons why they did it: feed your family, ready military, and requirement of Americans be familiar with military grade weapons.
