didn't know about Ctrl Alt and Track mode rename scheme but Ctrl X is my new favorite In Audio Tracks you can Warp like Ableton by holding down ctrl on edge of sample

Hi, hope you can help me. Im new to mpc software world but have been a Record Producer/Engineer for awhile. Is there a way to work on a 2-track file? Example: You make a rough mix or bounce from your preferred DAW and imported to MPC Software, then how do you suggest to star working with programs and sequences but this 2-track being the main timeline. I have solve this by working with MPC as a plugin into Pro Tools but would love to do the same all inside MPC software, basically inserting a 2-track that would have the main timeline and star working around it. Hope you can help. Thanks!

Switch your software view to audio. It is in grid mode for midi by default. It is in the top left corner right above your midi grid. Audio will show your audio tracks. Drag your file to an audio track. It will now play so you can lay ideas down over the track with midi or more audio.

There is no need. Programs are assigned to tracks. Change the track and you change the program. To change Programs also would defeat the purpose of changing tracks.

Follow the video and go to the 3 lines at the top left. Click help then keyboard shortcuts. You can search any you want.

I want to put my stuff on distro kid but i made some of my beats with the mpc expansion packs I Purchased( not cheap) All the talking heads out there say dont put stuff out there or you will get sued or whatever( samples)? Can I put my beats on Distro kid even though i used some MPC EXPANSION PACKS? Any help would be greatly appreciated, so i can just put beats out there , with out the worry! Thanks!!!!🎶
