My process takes a little longer, but when an item sits I come back to keywords. I don’t even know the first place on where to learn that cause I can learn it, I’m a quick learner & good at studying & doing data research, but I need a starting point or if there’s a pdf available?

6:29 Listen carefully when the goat spits facts. When looking up STR do it by price ! Can't tell you how many times I look up stuff with 20% STR then do it by proper price range and then it's a 90% STR.

Very important. Price point changes sell through percentages tremendously because you weed out the over priced items that never sell and clutter up the brand.

Thank you for the video. The thing I learnt from this video was how you quoted a low sell through/low profit item and then segmented the brand down to find a high sell through/high profit item. It was like a magic trick! Pure gold, as were all your thoughts and suggestions. Hope Tere carries on the upward path. Great video.

Most brands have these items that sell fast for good profit, we just don't know them yet. But on the surface the brand appears horrible, that's not true though.

It is amazing to watch what you have been preaching in real time action. I have always enjoyed you no-nonsense approached but wondered how it would come off in real time. Well your signature to the point assessment was fully intact but in real time it is tempered, maybe co-mingled is a better word, with concern, compassion, kindness, and encouragement. The other day I was in the cleanest and best stocked Dollar Tree ever. I simply affirmed this to the cashier and the manager overheard. Second time through and great low cost/no cost photo station lol. The other thing that really resinated was one of the first questions you asked... what kind of sell-through are you looking for? Then... sell-through is key... followed by... sell-through is the BOSS! Once again you hit it out of the park!!!

Sell through is the boss. It tells you what to do, what to buy, what to leave, etc. I always looked at it like that lol
