Love your work! Remember me? I'm the one that caused a big freak out when I was asking a question about a horse that had part of a hoof came off? And over time you were able to fix it!? Well, Bravo!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤🐎❤

Dave is a lovely big fellow, love hearing horses chewing, he was having a lovely time with his hay, and I have to say, it’s so satisfying watching you mix up the filler, excellent video and great job, I’d love to see a follow up video on Dave, just to see how he’s going, thank you so much for posting, and take care.👍💙🐴

I use dto own a Dutch Warmnblood mare and she had terrible feet. I was very interested in this video. the shoe and support system you used is something I have never seen before. The owners could put that horse on a good hoof supplement that will make a lot of difference. I don't know if you can get it there, but I had great success with Farriers Formula double strength pellets.

Yes that is definitely something that needs to go hand in hand with the shoeing. Diet is a bit part of good hoof growth completely agree with you.

Why didn't you take the heal back? Looks like a good half inch could come off that heal.

because it is crushed forward at too low an angle. when you reduce the length, you also drop the height and leave the bulbs too close to the ground and the tendons more strained. an xray would show the coffin bone palmer angle too flat also.
