Cambriea loved this video. As a widow I know where she is coming from. I lost my son in 2015 and my husband passed 2020 from Early onset Alzheimer’s. When my son passed I didn’t have time to really grieve him because I had to take care of my husband. Like you said you struggle to get out of bed. Grief is a struggle by itself. I myself is finally started to move on with my new life. Anyone that has lost a loved one knows the dark place you go to before move on with your life. You are truly a gem for this woman. I am fortunate that I have three daughters that was here for me. Thank you!

I have my own professional cleaning business, for the past 16 years now. What do I do when I'm home sick? Lay in bed and watch somebody else clean houses😂 I seriously enjoy it. This was so gratifying! Great job, I'm sure the owner is very appreciative of your help in such a difficult trial of her life.

I'm 74, lost my husband a little less than a year ago, so I can relate to this woman. My blessing is when I'm depressed I clean, I can't clean like I did when I was younger, but when I'm not motivated I set a timer for 15 minutes and I go as fast as I can and spruce up my spaces, then I sit down and watch KZbin videos until I feel like I can do another 15 minutes, and believe it or not you can actually keep a clean and tidy house even doing it in short spurts.

Same age, same situation. It gets harder the older I get to maintain an orderly house. I keep it tidy but there are places here that could really use help. Like you I work awhile and rest awhile, lately I have had more rest than clean. LOL 😀

I don’t video it but I deep clean my fil’s house when I can. He’s a widower and not in the best of health. I’m the only one who will clean it but I’m over an hr away and can’t get it done as often as I’d like. He was really happy that I took the time out to clean his house for 6 hours last week while he was in the hospital.

I'm a widow and grandma raising my 3 grandsons, and yes, I fully understand how hard it is to get going again. I have let things go so badly and have for a while, and I'm at the point of...will I ever get caught up. This lady is very lucky to have you helping her. I have gone to my sons house several times - he’s a single dad and while he cleans it’s not a deep clean- momma goes to do the stove the window sills and windows wipe all the appliances and do base boards - just occasionally needs a deep clean

Hello! A few years ago, I had a back injury, and I would have appreciated so much to have someone help me the way you do it with other people. You just watch dust accumulate, dishes in the sink, laundry in the basket, etc. And there's nothing you can do about it. Thank God I'm perfectly fine now, but I want to that you for what you do, I think that only people who's gone through that kind of problem, understands how big your heart is. I send you a big hug!

What a blessing for this woman! My mom was widowed at age 30. She said that there were many days that she thought she did something, and it just wasn't done. Grieving is so hard and like an ocean. You think it's pushed away, and it pulls you in.

For many people, especially the elderly, it is not an issue of keeping things neat and picked up but keeping things clean. Much of the time it can be an eyesight issue but cleaning takes more effort than picking up. What a great job you did for this woman.

Every time I watch your videos, you give me so much motivation to do just a little of organizing in my room (it looks like a tornado hit it). When my Dad passed, my Aunt, Cousin and I organized and donated his belongings. I was worried I had to do it all by myself, but no. I had so much support. One of his neighbors took his entire wardrobe and gave it to her brother. I was so blessed to have them around to help me. Stay blessed.

😢What a great community your creating here..I’m not a widow but almost a year ago I lost an Uncle who was very much a Father figure in my life when I didn’t have one…Losing him has brought a type of depression that has been hard to get out of. I really enjoyed this video. I know what grief feels like and I know how hard it is to get motivated. I also find it hard to find someone to help me clean if I need the help. There is deep shame when you had to grow up fast and be independent and you feel shame for asking for help. I would suggest if this widow does insist on giving you money, ask her to instead donate to a charity. To spread that helping hand and donate to those who need it is very gratifying.

How thoughtful of the niece to reach out to you! That kitchen will be so nice for the woman to work in now. I was wondering if you were going to do blinds. They are REALLY tedious. Some years I do them, some years I say, "Not worth it." and go buy new inexpensive ones. Any tips on cleaning them? New flooring will make a big difference in that house! Hope she gets it done. We have a vinyl flooring that looks like wood and feels cushioned. It is great for anyone with pets because accidents or throw ups don't stain it and are easy to wipe up and the surface is really easy to clean. It's also great on the legs because it is softer than wood or tile. Highly recommend that to anyone who has dirt being tracked in. Have a great week!

When I only have a few hrs to let the oven cleaner do it's thing...I put plastic wrap over it so it won't dry out and I swear that saves me so much scrub time. Ive been doing that for years and it never fails me.....t makes a world of difference for me. I have neuropathy so anything to save my hands some scrub time I'm all for. Prayers for this grieving widow....I couldn't imagine a world without my husband....

You’re doing such a great job! I wanted to share a cleaning tip I got from my aunt years ago. Cleaning Blinds 1-1 1/2 cup POWDER Cascade Bathtub Straight Hot Water Let them soak while you clean the window. Swish around a bit. No need to rub or scrub. Rinse thoroughly. Blot with a towel. Hang back in window. They dry very quickly. The cascade has their signature “sheeting action”. It’s amazing ✨✨✨

Every town needs a Cambriea! Very satisfying and heartfelt video. I had a Eureka stick vacuum (corded). Just wanted to let you know that I had just vacuumed and emptied the canister. After approx 10 minutes after use, the motor spontaneously started smoking. Though yours is corded, thought I’d pass on to you. There was nothing wrong with the outlet as we use it everyday for a multitude of corded items. I called the company and they were less than concerned/helpful! Thank God we were home!

I recently had new floors put in and whoooo buddy my whole house was SO DUSTY! I had to wash every plate, bowl, pot, pan, utensil in my kitchen because inside the cabinets got dusty. Mopped the walls, every piece of furniture, knick knack, curtain, blinds, windows…. You name it, it needed cleaned. Took me over a week because I kept finding things that needed done.

We just lost my dad this June, the last day of school and I was walking in to go to work when my mom called. I had just seen him not even 12 hours before. I went to appleton to see him and met my mom there (they lived in waupaca) and he seemed to be feeling better. He had been in the hospital for 2 weeks and was recovering from surgery to remove a blockage in his small intestine. He ended up essentially breathing in his throw up and his lungs couldn't recover. He would have had to be on a machine for the rest of his life to live and that was not his wishes. I had my son at 37 weeks two days after his funeral. My sister and our husband's have been going up to help my mom and get things cleaned out so she can move closer to us.
