@MillaExplores Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! 🤗 Oh nice, Tallinn is wonderful but a day trip to Helsinki from there is super convenient if you'd like to see some of the Finnish capital as well. You can take the ferry which is about 2 hours one way. 😄

i'm in helsinki (last one tomorrow after 4 days, now i'm gonna in the northern part of finland) and i loved this city. I walked on the streets, ate finnish meatballs, salmon soup ect and i loved it. This city is the best i have visited; it's incredible (from a french ^^)

Thank you Milla for sharing these tips and info, I have my flight booked on July 16th, and I’m planning on visiting Helsinki, Tampere, Turku and Porvoo. I’m a solo traveller and thinking to spend about 8 days in Finland. Any other cities you recommend me to consider during my trip ? Thanks again.
@MillaExplores2 жыл бұрын
I'm so glad to hear that this was helpful! Awesome that you're traveling to Finland! I think you'll have plenty to do visiting Tampere, Turku, Porvoo, and Helsinki in 8 days. More places might be too much. Remember to visit Turun linna castle in Turku, and if you're in Tampere in the morning you can have a nice brunch at Cafe Pispala :)

Stupid question but can you have your phone with you in a sauna?
@MillaExplores6 ай бұрын
There are no stupid questions, right? 😆 But no, you shouldn't bring your phone to the sauna. Sauna is considered a peaceful space. I've also seen people in the US using the sauna in sports clothing which is also incorrect 🫢

Why can't you buy more than 2 tickets on HSL... I can't get my family to use that app

What is that word you keep saying, sounds like "saw-na"? You mean "sow-na"? Come on, it's the one Finnish word everybody knows, but nobody pronounces correctly. Please help the world and pronounce it correctly as well.

Are you telling a Finnish person how to pronounce sauna? Definitely not sow-na 😂😂 but you do you!!

@@MillaExplores yes, I am. I am of Finnish descent as well. Can you trace your roots to Finland? My maternal grandparents were both born in Finland. My paternal great-grandparents were all born in Finland. I know how to pronounce Finnish.
