Stitching brakes from rain and other outdoor elements, plus you can see the lines. I prefer heat welding. But good video!

Whats the cost difference of a 10ftx3ft welded banner and stitched banner
@eagleeyesigns Жыл бұрын
I currently have a heat welder but am not using it. So at this point there is no cost difference.

If you want to ruin a lot of banners use heat welding. Getting the temp right and speed of feed will fill your floor with wasted banners.

Would you happen to have a video on how to attach to attach 2 banner to create a bigger bannner? Like i have 54" printer and i want to create a 7x7 banner. I am new at this and trying to figure it out. Thank you, Jesse

You have basically 2 options. In a shop like yours you can produce the banners with a 1" overlap. You would then apply a double sided banner tape to adhere the 2 pieces together. I highly recommend a really good banner tape. We use the Oracal brand banner tape in our shop. It has gold paper backing. I find it to be the best. Second choice, outsource the banner to a print shop that can print wider. Here it comes...cheap shameless plug.....Our shop prints up to 10' wide and we could produce the banner as 1 piece for you. Thank you for the question and let me know if there is anything we can do.
