Does PVC have to be made with UV inhibitors in it, or is that something that can be sprayed on later?

You can add a UV Laminate to your print that you apply or can add laminate to it after your graphics are applied.

Can it be used as a dry erase? Meaning can fry erase markers be used on it?

Leslie, you would need to apply a dry erase lamination onto the PVC board. We do that a lot for customers in our shop.
