Thromboplastin ek tissue factor h jo vascular injury k bad release hota h & factor VII ko activate krta h.Ye intrinsic pathway h blood clotting ka.

Mam thromboplastin is the extrinsic pathway factor that activat factor X so why (aPPT) show the intrinsic pathway time

Mam Herapin is used as anticoagulant as per Your last lecture of Herapin but due to its adverse effects it is causing thrombocytopenia ultimately platelet aggregation .so why we are using it as anticoagulant

Thrombocytopenia means decrease in blood platelet count which will result into slow blood clotting.
