Ive also got hemorrhoids when I was 15 years old , I also feared the surgery procedure but I had to do it coz I couldn't see any other options . So past 11 months I've got into this surgery . It's after procedure for taking care of the wounds was so painful . Doctor actually takes his scissor looking apparatus , take a bandage , drips it in some medicinal solution and pushed it in my anus and only I can do is just cry in pain . After a few months I was suffering from fecel impaction , and that was so painful to remove the shit out of my anus but somehow u gotta shit coz there's nothing options left for us to do . Then for some months I thought they're actually gone but then one time I started to see blood in my stool . It didn't gave me any pain that time but yeah bruh I'm still struggling when I have to shit . I just curse myself that why did I took the surgery . Because of this , I lost my self esteem and self worth . Every day I think about that this is going be with me until I'm dead . So i made my mind to end this life by hanging on my rooms ceiling fan but whenever I get this thought my girlfriend's pictures comes to my mind , my parents appears in my front of eyes , those lovin friends picture comes to my mind and that keeps me out for not to kill myself . I just think what kind of life I'm leaving where I want to be with them but this aggressive pain wants me to kill myself . I'm literally broke inside and whenever I share my pain to my parents they just ignore it and say it will heal . So brother there's no one can better understand than me about your situation .

@@yashdaiya2190, ceiling fan boxes are only rated for 120 lbs. If you try to hang yourself on the fan it will just fall out of the ceiling. Try attaching your rope directly to the truss (wood stud) that the fan box is mounted to. This way, when you kick the chair out from under your feet you wont just fall on your ass, crushing your hemorrhoid. Good luck. Getting on the AIP diet was what really helped me, at least as far as becoming regular. They still contribute to debilitatingly painful periods though so I find I need to fast quite a bit in the 12-24 hrs prior. Surgery!? Well, more reasons to stay with my diet, I guess... 😬

It was not fun flying to Vegas with hemroids. It also hurt to urinate from the pressure of stopping and starting. I walked to CVS on the strip and got tucks med pads and epsom salt for a bath as soon as I squatted down clots of blood spilled out it was instant relief!

Hemorrhoid bandage is not painless. That's a lie. I've had that done and it hurt like hell. It was painless when the bandage was applied, but the next day. WOW! As the hemorrhoid die it becomes very painful, so don't leave without pain killers

I have a hemorrhoid but I was having issue more then normal and I had my every 3 years colonoscopy schedule. Due to family history ts every 3 years.They found a 6mm polyps right at the end of the colon. They remove it and it came back precancerous with no sign of cancer this time. If I would of waited for a colonoscopy it might turn into cancer. This was within 2 weeks ago . So please get any recommendations of a colonoscopy it might save your life. This time around it truly gave me a relief peace of mind knowing it was just my hemorrhoid and not cancer.

Feels like something is wiggling in my butt. Doctor today said it's not worms if I haven't lost 50 pounds and been having diarrhea. I told him online it says you could have no symptoms or have that one symptom. He said it sounds like it wasn't based on any reality. He said it's hemmeroids. Idk about this. I have external tumar under rectum.It comes out when I'm bowling and it goes after bowling. No pain and any blood comes but it increases daily so i see doctor he prescribed me three months medication but no result. And he suggest me miner oppression but I'm afraid for oppression. And i go to Aurvedic Doctor he told me this tumar may tie with rope and it will be gone by own way. God it was unbearable pain. One week i was in pain and it burst and blood comes out and due to the pain I was fainted. And that tumar disappear. But now another tumar is growing from another place. Hello. I started treatment for bleeding hemorrhoids with elastic bands and it stoped the bleading but now I have another problem. I start heaving water or some king of liquid coming out of my rear end. Sometimes more sometimes less, sometimes with some feces. It's very unpleasant. I did not have such problems before the treatment. I curios if this is some side effect of hemorrhoid treatment or just another symptom of untreated hemorrhoids?

I have had piles now and again but since August 2019 after the worst constipation I've ever had, I've had a sensation near my tailbone and in my anus like a tiny electric shock every few seconds. It starts about mid afternoon and gradually gets worse as the evening goes on. By bed time it's bad and it only eases if I sleep on my back.Some days my left leg jumps in bed as it happens. Drs are not sure of the cause, thinking it's nerve damage. Could this be just piles? Or does it sound familiar to anyone else?

Wow thank you! I’m out of town helping my cousin during a surgery, and the morning of her surgery, I woke up to rectal bleeding and I’m not sure if it’s hemorrhoids, but I got prescribed antibiotics for H. Pylori and I avoided taking them last week til I got back home so I don’t get the symptoms while I’m taking care of my cousin. But now that I’m having such bad cramps and bleeding, I’m worried it might be an ulcer or my colon or even worse.. I’m in Miami and my PCP is in LA. I just took the antibiotics in hopes it’s bacteria that’s causing my stomach to do this ..????

First let me thank you for making this Gastro video. Second, the burning sensation I have in my rectum is what I believe to be hemorrhoids. My Gastro said I should start a high fibre diet to help ease the inflammation. Then if that doesn’t help then have them banded. I do have a question that maybe you or someone else with hemorrhoids can answer: can they cause anal leakage (fecal incontinence)?
