what about the pest, mold, and vermon resistence of lime when using clay instead. And fire resistence?

would like to see more on this too. Wondering what percentage of clay in soil is needed to usable? Seems reasonable the money saved on lime could be used for equip, but how much does a typical hempcrete build spend on lime?
