Henrik Larsson Bids Farewell to Celtic | Celtic 2-1 Dundee Utd (16/05/04) | SPFL Classics

An emotional day at Celtic park saw Celtic finish their league campaign with a win thanks to a Henrik Larsson double. It was also the last time Larsson would don the green and white hoops in a competitive match at Celtic Park as he made his move to Barcelona in the summer.
The Swede scored 243 goals in all competitions for Celtic in the 7 years he spent at the club.

Larsson broke my heart many a time as me being a gers fan. Guy was an incredible player and a model professional, had an amzing career at celtic but glad he went to man utd and barca to show the world that he wasnt overhyped because scottish football is poor. Legend status used too many times on average players these days but no doubt about it he is a legend. Just wish he played for rangers 😂

Had been through this with Cantona 1997 when he left. I was crestfallen. I knew what was going to happen when Larsson left. Didn't make it any easier. You have one of these players who mean so much to you in your life. I was lucky to get 2. Both Kings and Henrik was the king of Kings.
