the ideia is to convert the rotation of the hand controller that can be in a lot of directions to only one axis the star is the start joint of the IK chain, if it rotates, the child will rotate, but only in one axis (which is what you want) so inch of the colorful bones rotates a little less then the hand

Bro i don't even know but those effects were so on point. It seemed like there was some serious mouse+app to sound thing going on.

Mind explaining what you did there?

I already recreated it, but a bit differently. For each forearm twist segment, I made a small bone with a knob that I IK-linked together. As for the Star, I just linked the bone to it normally, it seems to do the same thing. Then comes the orientation constraint, of course

it's a simple way to rig a twistable forearm for IK rigs. pay attention on the hierarchy of the objects in the video

Lol @ the music. This is how its done for sure, but if you're going to make a video showing how its done slow it down a lot the videos way too fast, couldn't see what you were doing with the setting the weighting on the orientation constraints. + You explain how you set up the twist bones themselves, if i didn't know already and just needed a memory jog this wouldn't help all that much!

pay attention, the BONES are only rotating in the X axis

Well, yeah, but I see, you used IK chains on the forearm twist bones, there's these star shapes and I can only guess the hierarchy from the footage. The Only thing I know is that IK chains are somehow involved in this. Can you explain in detail what is going on there. What are the Star Shapes linked to, how do they relate to the bones, what are you IK settings, ect. I can only guess these things from the video and do some trial and error if I was guessing right. It'd be easier if you explained.
