Quite remarkable. How fortunate that the stars aligned, and one individual had the curiosity and initiative to pursue such a project, the knowledge and skills to make it feasible, and the freedom to spend the necessary amount of time devoted to it. Also, I have had the pleasure of meeting M. Florent Milhaud several times; he is very personable, generous, and a great ambassador for the company. Selmer is lucky to have him.

Great story and full of dedication. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. What is the email address? I have some vintage Selmer instruments that I would love to have information about. ⚡🎷

This is quite an incredible story of dedication and persistence. Wow!. As many saxophone players I have developed a "relationship" with my Selmer SAII since 1988. I realize that you may be inundated by this types of request but would love it if you were willing to provide fabrication details of my saxophone. Would this be an option?
