All I’m gonna say is that it’s amazing to me how Graham is kind of subtlety trying to make him embarrassed for a legit talent. Yes it’s nerdy but how many people can sit down and take the time to do art like that and enjoy it. Idk I’m not a fan of people making fun of what people enjoy just because they think it’s “weird”.

The man probably has no life outside of work so to him the idea of painting something to relax is baffling. Its the only reason I can think as to why he was so stand offish about it. When I talk to most people about doing the exact same hobby they always seem fairly intrested and ask if I can show them what ive painted and so on.

Painting figures is just about the most therapeutic thing one can do. Fire up some Witcher music in the background and you're on a direct route to happiness. Playing the game with what you've created with your own hands is just a nice bonus

Is it OK that I would happily host a game of Warhammer? It's a strategy game, such things have been used to practice tactics for a very long time and the painting side of the hobby is incredibly relaxing. But the best bit of the hobby is the community!!!

Graham just like so many people is just not getting anything... I actually dont play Wahammer but Im sure it can be total blast, especially if you play it with good friends. Its kinda weird that so many people in modern society are so prejusticed about what is cool and what not, just try things out and decide if you like it or not, and if you dont let others enjoy it! And a lot of people just missing out on super fun experiences because they are just narrow-minded from the crooked societies conventions... English is not my mother tongue, hope I wrote it correct ^^

Nice to see some acceptance of a grown man doing what he likes in his free time. If it was model airplanes it wouldn't even have been brought up, but because it touches on Sci-Fi / Fantasy suddenly it must be a little "embarassing"? Glad that Cavill stood up to his enjoyment of his hobby in the face of an attempt to ridicule him & nice that Tom Holland jumped to support him. No mention that the hobby is run by one of Britains' most successful businesses of 2020-2021. They were too busy looking to get a cheap shot in that they didn't even research the name of the hobby, get even a random impression if what it involved and even missed out on an opportunity to trumpet a very British success. If it had been model airplanes, Norton would still have poked fun at it, because that's what he does. He's not trying to embarass anyone. Case in point, he asked in-depth questions about the hobby FIRST, and then poked fun at it. Moreover, before diving into the subject, he complimented Cavill on his number of hobbies. Why would he do that if he wanted to ridicule him? Also, if Cavill could be a good sport about it and laugh it off, why can't you?
