Once Upon a Time is the only show that is so good at giving things a backstory, that even the jacket gets one.

The show became increasingly bad as time went on tho. The only 2 good characters at the end were rumplestiltskin and Regina.

@@oliversaunders2967 I'd disagree. It didn't become bad but it became repetitive. I feel they should have branched the story out beyond Storybrooke and dealt with magic and other people in "this realm" having it. I got excited for a minute when Rumple took magic to New York, but that plot went south. The last season started off rough, but the payoff and characters were great. The trouble was the wish realm suddenly having a past that messed with me. Though, I have theories on that as well if you want to get deep enough. (But of course, this is just me adding things on and not whatever conveluded mess the writers were doing.)

I mean first she was distraught cause she shut her family out due to being the dark one, then she was distraught due to hook being dead, then she was distraught because she was to die, then the evil queen had cursed her parents, then the black fairy showed up and she was distraught because of the savior thing. Once upon a time was a good show then around s4 it looked like they totally ran out of creative energy and it showed, especially on Emma and Snow, whose character was totally incoherent and self righteous the more they tried to add dimension to it.

Back in season with Elsa and Anna and now when they cast this spell, Regina’s magic is Red when she’s casting with Emma. Other times her magic is purple. Why the change in aura?

Heyzeus well as you keep using things they do wear out, so maybe her jacket is worn out compared to season 1, and maybe that why it’s a little darker. That or they just used a different that was similar.

Ok in the shot at 1:25 she’s wearing the red jacket with the zipper pockets on the breasts (not her OG jacket, which had pockets with flap covers). In the next shot, where we see her in the elevator, she’s wearing her OG jacket. Make it make sense, editors!
