No matter what anyone says, this is the darkest timeline in the Henry Stickmin series. He never meets Ellie, betrays the government, and is eventually betrayed by the Toppat Clan. Then they both die in an accident where the airship is destroyed and although Reginald is killed, it’s a Pyrrhic victory as Henry dies alone reflecting upon what might have been.

dude. i feel so bad for henry. imagine dying alone, after suffering so much. man, he must've been in so much pain too when reginald betrayed him. his heart was probably beating so fast, he must be scared. then all he could feel was coldness when he fell to that ocean. yet henry did it. he got his revenge. he completed the mission. as he sits down near that rock, he'll probably ask himself, "was it... worth it? to suffer this long, physically and mentally, and for what? greed? wrath?" eventually, henry stops thinking.

Reggie also proved to be a complete coward. I don’t hate him as a character, and in TK and T4L, he becomes a very respectable character. With CW, he was clearly just trying to get Henry dethroned. And R is pretty obvious

It might just be a dumb Flash stick figure game to some, but this is still one of the saddest endings I've ever seen in a video game for one reason; we KNOW that things could have ended differently. All these vastly different paths of varying luck, and yet, Henry still gets out alive and decently well-off in every single one. We see how much better things could have been firsthand. Henry COULD have teamed up with the Government and made a great best friend in Charles Calvin. He COULD have formed a lifelong bond with Ellie Rose and make countless good memories with her. Hell, he COULD have even gone it alone and still ended up pulling off some legendary heists and becoming one of the richest criminals out there. It COULD have ended differently a thousand times over, but it didn't. Sure, he didn't see it firsthand, but in his final moments, did Henry think about that too? Did he think about how things would have turned out if he'd helped the Government? Teamed up with Ellie? Ignored the Toppat Clan and continued on his own? Did he think about the countless different choices he could have made, just as we did? Many believe he dies at peace in this ending, but I know one thing; I don't ever want to consider these things at the end. The version of Henry Stickmin we see here is unrecognizable from the fearless bounty hunter, skilled agent, loyal friend, or unstoppable mastermind we see in other endings; and yet it's the purest, truest version of him. He never changed from his days breaking into the bank, for better or worse. This is the Henry Stickmin we grew up with, we just hate seeing him like this.

He dies remembered as a Valiant Hero by the government and Henry, and knowing he had taken out the strongest criminal organization in the whole world. He had no regrets, and if anything, he would’ve chosen to die this way. Henry dies alone. No one to remember him. No family, no friends, no allies. All the Toppats are dead, and even if a couple somehow survived, they’d probably despise Henry for his deed. He betrayed the government to get where he was, so they wouldn’t exactly consider his loss a tragic and personal one to them. He never even met Ellie. Charles dies happily knowing he took out an entire orbital station, while Henry dies pondering, “Was it even worth it?” And as he sits for the last time, he decides, “No, it wasn’t…”

This is the ending where Reginald feels the most like the main villain & leader of the topcoat clan. He’s persistent, cunning & malicious. I feel 13:59 - 14:13 best prove this point. Taking advantage of the situation in a way where he gets what he wants (Henry dead), regardless of if he loses his life or not. Also, on a sort of unrelated note, IMO 14:27 is one of the most powerful lines in the game.

I weirdly consider this canon, as all others lead to some questions of what Henry might one day do in the future. But here? It's over. No questions left to ask that other routes don't answer. The series itself is over, and there's no way to continue from Henry's saga. He's done. It's over. It matches the state of the series. Despite how epic Henry handled shit... This ending is honestly one of the saddest of them all. Because all of this madness wasn't the fault of anyone, it was nature's fault, maybe even hatred's. All Reginald wanted is the clan's trust, and that's why he betrayed Henry. In the other hand, Henry, betrayed, has gone into a full madness and destroyed the entire airship with the space project, but... At what cost ? His own life ? The clan itself ? And we can also learn in that ending, that the clan doesn't really have bad intentions, but rather that they have to be like that because they *have* to. Now he learnt, that... Hatred, wrath, anger, sadness and fear, are nothing more, but a false sense of hope nature gave us. Now, after he did his job, nobody came... And then, he doesn't see the light, ever, again.

During ItA starting at 5:11, (Infiltrating the Airship) the beginning sequence had the wrong set of endings for Prison and Diamond. In the video, Henry got the Badass Bust Out ending in Prison, and Intruder on a Scooter in Diamond. During the intro sequence of Airship, the evidence the government dug up showed that Henry got the Sneaky Escapist ending in Prison,and Unseen Burglar in Diamond. Just wanted to put that out there since I'm bored and I wanted to write something.

Nah. In Vailant Hero, Charles may have died, but he was remembered as... well, a vailant hero. But here, Henry just died alone, as he betrayed the government, never teamed up with Ellie, and wiped out the Toppat clan.

I would have given my life for Henry, of course, and would have sacrifice myself for him if. I were there with Henry. I Saves him from a reginald's shot and I die at the end and additionally for me the rank: SACRIFICED. And Henry, in despair, says goodbye to me when I was dead and flies away from the crash site of the rocket aircraft. My Fanmade opinion. :(

Unpopular opinion but I think this ending is great for everyone outside of the Toppat clan and Ellie. A huge criminal organization is taken down, multiple huge criminal leaders die, and some red haired person stays in prison where they belong. The worst ending BY FAR is valiant hero.
