I really hope Henry is expanded upon What I'm thinking is: After flushing, Henry teleports to a random room on the current floor without regenerating health He appears in a pitfall if he teleports to a room without pits After flushing 10 times, he despawns Henry spawns friendly dips upon death Killing Henry 10 times unlocks a Lil Henry item that spawns friendly dips Killing him 15 times unlocks Golden Henries, which behave the same, but never despawn, have 5x more HP, and spawn friendly gold dips and drop several coins upon death Killing 5 Golden Henries unlocks Henry Penny, which has a low chance to spawn friendly dips upon picking up a coin

*Alternative Idea* - Henry has a chance to spawn on any "wet" floors. - If he spawns and completes his animation, he will no longer be encountered for the rest of the run. - Each time Henry is damaged, his animation is delayed based on the damage he takes. - If Henry is killed, the next floor is guaranteed to be a "wet" floor that spawns another Henry. - The health of each Henry scales based on floor level. - If Henry is killed on at least four floors, a special door appears after the Blue Baby/The Lamb/Mega Satan fight. This door unlocks a unique fight with a boss version of Henry. Defeating this instance of Henry unlocks a new item and sends Isaac back to Basement 1 with all of his current items.

Nah, instead of in the beastiary, in a few patches if you haven't (whatever the name of the newest version of Platinum God)ed the game yet one of the achievements to get (whatever the name of the newest version of Platinum God) will include killing 10 Henries, and the unlock for getting that achievement will remove flight from the normal "The Lost" as a reward. ... That would be a lot more scary since you can always cheat spawn in several to get the achievement, but the achievement would turn "The Lost" from "Hard mode" to "Controller breaking mode" if you still had to get achievements for him.
