You don't have to change your gender to be happy, sometimes sticking to what mother nature gave you can be challenging, you just have to focus on people that can see you for who you are. The world we live in there is far too much emphasis on your exterior beauty especially in countries like America where all you need is a pretty face to be considered a "good person" when it speaks nothing of your choices, talent or personality. Male/Female is just a word, it's the connection to it that matters. For me it represent my biological birthsign and a connection to my ancestors and the planet. I don't believe in plastic surgery or getting a new sex organ is actually changing your birth gender, it might help being perceived as one which is where the desire to change come from originally.

Deep Space Wiafu is quite fun, its a shoot 'em up and after you clear all the enemies you can shoot their clothes off. Hentai Mosaique is one of those sliding the squares around on a puzzle to complete the image games and isn't bad. Koikatsu Party is still pretty much the king. Gal*Gun 2 I thought was alright (the 2nd one though, I thought the first one was kinda shit even with the panties screen wipe pre order bonus!) And then there's stuff like Erolabs that compile the best of the rest.
