Her first time flying | Wing Foil at The Caribbean Resort

Katie grew up in the mountains, and has never done any water sports prior to learning wing foiling. Wing foiling isn't an easy sport, but it is such a fun activity that it makes it worth the early stages struggles.
Today, at The Caribbean Resort in Islamorada, Katie experienced her first flights with help from Gwen. Needless to say, the stoke level was high!

Hey what are your recommendations for staying in the keys to wing foil? Time of year? What side of the keys do you want to be on if you want to launch from where you're staying, east or west? Best time of year for consistent wind? Is there any benefits to being further south in the keys towards key west like more wind? Are there any places catering to specifically wing foiling? Sorry a lot of questions. Love the videos. You guys have basically thought me how to wing foil, thanks!
