My theory on why Gwan Hee wants her to pick Jinseok for the date is that he wants her to have another option, so inevitably if he decides to choose Hye Seon over her - he won't come across as scummy (since she would still have someone she can end up with). That's exactly what he did with Hajeong as well - try to set her up with Habin, once he decided he was done with her. He doesn't seem to like girls "all-inning" on him because then it doesn't leave him with a comfortable out. That's why I think his final choice is Hye Seon.

Ok I think I understand Gwanhee now, I'm going to try to come at his offence here. I don't think Gwanhee is a "bad guy", but he 100% is a "dumb guy". Starting from the beginning with him 33 33 33 shiz, I think that was bull, he just wanted to find a interesting way to say he liked all three girls. No but if I was Minji I would’ve made the same choice as her😂 Knowing that Jinseok might have some feelings for Minji she avoided choosing him that’s why she went for Mingyu. She’d rather be comfortable spending a day in paradise with a guy she’s not interested in romantically but can still have a conversation with. To be honest, I feel like GwanHee should have at least acknowledged Minji just a little bit to be polite. She definitely doesn’t need the hate. But you can tell that she definitely not that mature. Everyone was upset by her behavior-but I am just so upset about how overly confident GwanHee is. And with his behavior, he is the one causing everyone to feel confused and frustrated. Even if it is to spice up the show-it is literally going to affect his basketball career and image overall. Cause he comes off as an insecure and extremely immature. People say he was in a 6 year relationship before entering this show-but we don’t know the details of that relationship if it was healthy, toxic, or whatnot. Aw man, I ended up typing more than I thought I would. 😂
