Maybe showing the Ace of Hearts at the start and using the two of Hearts as the switch card might be a bit more romantic. Or, maybe use the two at the start and then revealing the Ace pattering "two hearts now beat as one" or something similar. Anyway, that's what I like about performing magic, there are more more ways than one to perform the same effect to accomplish the desired results.
