Hydrangea bush. It blooms like a snow ball. When that bloom is spent, then that stem dies. You have to trim that dead stem. New stems come up and then that new stem will bloom the following year. The blooms come in light blue and white and if you add a metal like rebar close to the roots, it will bloom pink. The OAK LEAF HYDRANGEA are the prettiest.

Remember the more you cut your grass areas the less ticks and poison ivy you will have. Another problem I had on my 20 acres was the deer eating the orchard... but putting a feeder on the other side keeps them where we want them. Just my 2 cents. Love the videos. Look forward to seeing more

Has your house been treated for termites if not, you need to get a termite bait system in place it where that stomp is you need to put one there and you need to put them around your house so you can monitor to see if any termites or around your house cause eventually they’re gonna get in the house they can travel almost a football field length from the main county to search for food and if they are that close to your house, you really should have it checked regularly, especially since it’s warm

Simone, I was feeling you sister regarding those bugs and spiders!😂 I notice that you generally work in short sleeve T-shirts. In case you are interested, Amazon has wonderful gardening shirts which are long sleeve and very lightweight. You may find them handy in protecting your arms while you are working and gardening. You both once asked what people use when gardening to protect themselves from bugs and ticks. In addition to long sleeves, pants and gardening boots, Zevo is supposed to be really good and potentially less harsh than other protective bug sprays. You can’t use a liquor treatment around your house because if it gets into that lake it can kill all the fish in the lake I worked for a pest control company years ago. They may have a better chemical now, but I know that the old chemicals if it got into the water , it would kill all the fish.

I had to learn it because of all the mature trees around us. It's relatively easy - 3 LEAVES. "The best method of telling apart Virginia Creeper and poison ivy is the number of leaves. Poison ivy has three, while Virginia creeper typically has five. While young Virginia Creeper can have three leaves, it also has smooth vines, not hairy. If you can’t see the vine, avoid the plant!" Don't kill the spiders. My sister had a massive spider phobia so she joined a spider identification group. She got over her fear and learned how important they are for the ecosystem. Just relocate them please. The spider with the babies is a harmless wolf spider - she's the only spider to carry her babies on her back.
