Alexa is growing so fast. Time flies. I remember when my two boys were her age. Now they are grown. Loved seeing her play the piano. I know of many who suffer from one or the other or both, so suffering from both-Anxietyy& Depression could be hard, but I've heard of the deep breathing and keeping a routine-Not a cliche but a fact that you may very well have experienced. My daughter was encouraged to play the guitar, but she preferred the piano, which she played when pregnant with my granddaughter who, when she was born, already showed a love for music. He plays the piano by ear and loves movement, he did ballet. Because of this, my daughter wrote the book "The music box that lives in me", the first of ten books, very well accepted by children, whose main character is my granddaughter. Life, despite the sorrows, is magically beautiful.
