Thank you for sharing amazing recipes❤️🙏✨ I have some advice from a Japanese person. Miso soup should never be boiled. Add the ingredients to the dashi stock and let it cook, then turn off the heat and slowly dissolve the miso using chopsticks and a ladle. By doing this, you will be able to make a great miso soup without losing the nutrients and flavor.

I think my mouth was watering throughout this whole video lol. I LOVE tofu, I just wish it was easier to find where I live. Mostly I can only find firm and extra firm, and occasionally silken. It's hard to find soft tofu unless I drive two hours away! I'll have to try that tofu/avocado salad, it looks amazing!

Тофу лишь на первый взгляд кажется легким и простым блюдом. Мне не просто было привыкнуть к его особенности, что он, изначально нейтральный, присваивает вкус тех продуктов с которыми готовится - это так необычно! Очень рекомендую :)
