Your video reminds me of when I was a kid on vacation at my grandparents' house. My grandma used to make scrambled eggs with salmon. It always smelled so lovely when we woke up! Even the coffee smelled nice (no, I didn't drink coffee as a child..😅). Everything had that calm, nice "wake up" feeling, and we didn't need to rush. 😊

My personal favorite breakfast is toasted bread of any kind with an over easy egg on top. Sometimes I add things like avocado or mayo or cheese. All of these recipes look amazing and the zucchini boat stands out to me the most. ~ Mississippi 🌿
