Herb was a great coach, perfect for this group of players. RIP Herbie. I love his expression and reaction here, a variation of one of my favorite hockey expressions, "Eat wood!"

I love it ! Brooks was absolutely incensed at the CHEAP SHOT BLIND SIDE HIT from the Losing - and knew it - upset by USA ..... Czechoslovakian player ..... he was deserving of being removed ..... were it Pro Hockey ..... he would have gotten immediate ass whooping from another teammate AS IS EXPECTED. I watched it live and was Immediately a Herb Brooks Fan !!! Best Winter Olympics ever. GBjj

Agree esp. when it comes to sports… our track athletes in Tokyo were abysmal… not one individual gold from our mens track team… and what do I hear on Twitter “well they tried..”

Tortorella is a fucking narcissist. There is a reason he keeps getting shit canned, he doesn't respect people. If he had a coach like him I guarantee you he would punch him in the face. Tortorella never came close to sniffing the NHL. So when I see him berate someone like Brink I just laugh and think what a fucking tool he is.
