Here is a quick process video on how to make a fresh plant tincture. I used a 1:1 ratio for this blend (equal parts fresh plant and alcohol.) I also blended this in the Vitamix which is not mandatory. Herbs can be finely chopped with scissors or a knife instead of blending in the blender depending on the herb. Enjoy!

what and how do you use the tincture after it sits for 2-6 wks?

I usually use it as part of immune boosting tincture blends for lymphatic support. It would be then taken by the dropper-ful.
