Herbal Pain Relief Tincture

We have been using this herbal pain relief tincture for years. Always consult with your doctor before using ALL herbal remedies especially if you are taking prescription drugs, are pregnant or breast feeding, or have allergies.
ADULT Dosage (Herbal Pain Tincture is NOT for children unless made with vinegar or grape seed oil): 2-4 droppers up to 3x daily
1 dropper = 1/4 teaspoon or 35 drops
So, 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon up to 3x daily.
Alcohol-based tinctures last up to 5 years and do not need refrigeration. At least 80 proof Vodka (or brandy) should be used to eliminate the risk of mildew, etc. Store in a dark, cool place.
Vinegar or grape seed oil based tinctures last up to 1 year and should be stored in the refrigerator.
The topic is still well discussed on whether or not herbal remedies should be used for 2 weeks consecutively before taking a break for at least a week and then resuming usage. Some people say this keeps the body from building up a resistance to the healing effects of herbs. If you notice your herbal remedy declining in effectiveness, it's a good idea to take a break from those particular herbs for awhile.
