This video made me really happy as it confirmed some intuition that I had. I’m starting my journey into herbalism and realized how much I know (very little) about many plants. Instead of knowing much more about fewer plants. I have now 12 herbs in my herb garden & will deepen my knowledge about those first instead of reading tons of information about other plants. Wow! I'm a green witch and have started the path to include more herbalism in my practice. I've been researching herbs - both using and growing as I'm a gardener - and talk about information overload! Thank you for the tip to take it one herb at a time and for the recommendation of how to journal or use a prompt style journal. I've been stumped as to go about journaling my herbs because well - information overload! Thank you for the recommendation of a materia medica. Blessed Be.
